There was an acute flareup of a chronic peri-radicular periodontitis. She became assymptomatic after visit 1. I was unable to negotiate the apical wisp of a root. Filled with MTA topped with cavit (a la Herbranson), then bonded post/core. I cut back the post a bit and veneered with tetric ceram. The facial work was a little value added thing which I hadn't talked about at the consult and surprised her with as a n/c extra thing for her. She was thrilled with that little improvement. I don't do enough cosmetic procedures to warrant keeping an array of different shade resins in stock, so the only shade of tetric I had didn't blend really great, but it should look better as the tooth re-hydrates. Liviu I ain't but I was good enough to make this gal happy! LOL - Mark Dreyer
