Grade 3 mobility, several 10 mm pockets buccal and lingual, bone break down distal, and a broken instrument. Terribly painful when he came in, about 3 months ago. Managing to get my shape and clinical protocol , I finished it in one time. Recommended 3 months waitng time and than maybe further perio care (I am more concerned distal). After 2 days no more pain. Today except distal, all the 10 pockets transformed in 3's and 4,s, completely normal mobility. Still a guarded prognosis, but an impressive furcation healing after 3 months. - Roberto
