Tough case I inherited. Implant in #8 is failing, had previous graft by hx,
exactly what, what membrane and tacking system unknown.  #7 nearly denuded
to apex.  But no symptoms.  Obviously crown not seated well at all.  We have
thrown around a lot of things, ranging from grafting, explant and graft,
explant, ext     graft and do fixed bridge.  Particularly interested in
hearing from the perio guys.-   Gary L. Henkel
