Subject: [roots] Today's Puzzle: Tale of Two Defects
So why did I extract this fractured lower second molar with a 7mm distal defect on this patient this morning
(not even performing an exploratory access)..yet..
explored this one later on this morning presenting the same way (7mm defect presenting almost identically on the CBCT),
clean, shape, and place calcium hydroxide telling the patient she might want to ride it out a while
(even though it was cracked through the pulp chamber floor???? - Terry
