Fused MB and DB roots

From: Terry Pannkuk To: roots Sent: Tuesday, March 20, 2012 5:34 AM Subject: [roots] Fused MB and DB roots-Max 1st Molar Hereís an 11 year recall on the second molar I treated in 2001. The patient came in today because of a large lesion on the first molar next to it. The anatomy of the MB-P is wild for both 1st and 2nd molars. I didnít suspect or find an MB2 in the second molar when I treated it in 2001. The CBCT shows the fused thin wall of dentin connecting the MB and P roots . I attached 4 video captures - Terry MB Root (Frontal) Fused MB and DB roots
