Subject: [roots] 9 months follow up

This patient was referred to me by GP in June 08. Prosthetic work and previous
attempt to do a RCT on tooth 4.4 was done by another GP one year before.

4.4 NS-RCR. GG drill and fragment of a broken file. Treatment was done in two
sessions, with CaOH as canal dressing.

May 09 patient was again referred to my office with an AAA on tooth 4.1.
Weine type II configuration.
