Subject: [roots] first case of the day

First case of the day.......referred for extraction - Fred

Fred, Probing here? Did the referral not guess this may be the case? Did this make a hole in your schedule, and how did you charge for it? I'm sure like most, I see too many of these, and wonder if one especially like this shouldn't be picked up before we get to see them? - Bill Bill, There was probing both mesially and distally, but there was no radiographic bone loss. This case should have been picked up by the referring doc or at least sent for a consultation first. I charged for an 'emergency' visit, but that still a loss of productive time!!! - Fred Fred this is the best treatment for this patient...You did a great diagnosis and documentation - Carlos Murgel
