I thought this was an interesting case to share with you. This lady was referred for retx of 25 because of history of AAA.
I removed the existing root filling, thoroughly cleaned & disinfected the canal and obturated with GP (warm vertical)
I could not achieve patency though. 6 months later she developed another abces on that tooth an it was decided to
surgerize it.

A large lesion was curetted, I resected quite some root because I wanted to go past the lateral canal.
US retroprep and MTA retrofill. Let's see if this will solve the problem...
