Prepared both teeth ( 30 and 31 ) for full gold crowns.
#30 had recurrent decay...
and the light mesial contact was the source of long standing food compaction and gingival irritation.
look at the osseous remodeling between #30 and 29.
#32 & #29 also need be tweaked and improved, but he opted to leave it alone for now. - ahmad
