Upper molar with strange anatomy

I don't recall ever seeing an upper molar with this type anatomy.
How would you label the canals....like I did in the photo?
2 visit case completed today. Sinus tract and all symptoms gone.
Check out the palatal root with the two canals which merge.

You must mean MP and DP as this is upper teeth, right ?
Thomas, Yup, I always get confused as to whether the tongue is
adjacent to the upper or lower teeth! :-)))
BTW, the patient is from across the pond. I wonder if our
European Rooters see this type anatomy on occasion? - Mark
