This is one of my unforgettable cases in my career so far:) A vital tooth:)

When I first saw the patient I knew this tooth was doomed. But the patient and the perio guy jumped on me,
begging for doing endo before perio surgery ( periopockets of up to 10mm on mb and in furcal area.)

Of course I was right. I did the endo on monday, the patient went to surgery on friday, the periodontologist
called me telling that  he had to take it out:) I started the transparentisation yesterday afternoon, but it
seems that the acid killed it too soon:)  - Sergiu
