Subject: [roots] Furcation perforation repair

This patient was not able to eat and living on pain killers for the past
8 weeks since my colleague started endo. The floor of the pulp chamber was
iatrogenically perforated, the mb canal was not located as well as the
distobuccal fin.

she wanted it completed in the 90 min appointment, the obturation on the
distal root is poor and i missed apical anatomy, used biodentine for the
repair. Called her two days after and she is happy that she can finally
eat comfortably and no painkillers needed since the treatment.
I hope to get long term follow ups on this patient. - Imran
