The patient was referred to my practice for evaluation of fused 21 with an extra incisor. The whole idea of the orthodontist was if I could treat the fused incisor and surgically remove the fused one. CBCT clearly shows that its only one root with a huge canal so at the moment I think I won’t be much of a help. Could any one on this forum suggest a treatment planning ortho, endo or whatever to help this kid become pretty? Suggestions highly appreciated. - Chaniotis M. Antonis
