Subject: The different one - GBR

Now this is a recent case of mine (done this monday) when i used biomaterials...
(oh, yeah, don't pay attention to Russian text - i sent this case to my local study club - DentalTallinn)

Patient is 72 years old (yikes!)
Wishes to replace the missing tooth
Doesn't care about aesthetics much (and you can see old rehab - done 15 years ago in Latvia)
The shape of defect is amenable to GBR procedure
There is sufficient native bone to house the implant
