Patient referred for endo on d25, retreatment... referral started but perfed the root...
Single visit, no patency (but in this case i guess it should not be a big problem... or do i mistake?),
glassfiber post and composite core, rough prep and a nice letter back to referring dentist :-) He was happy
that he had only to place margins and smooth the prep - piece of cake...Dmitri
