Not sure how long this tooth will last. The probing was only 4 on the straight lingual. I told Mom to expect
an implant some day. Sinus tract resolved in caoh phase. Obturated the entire canal space with MTA.
No apical barrier. Just used the endo-activator and indirect u/s vibration.
I would have like to have done the coronal restoration also but this dentist specifically has banned me
from doing restorations (he even reminds me of the ban on each referral slip). He is a pretty good dentist
and does no endo, so I do what my master instructs. :-)) - Mark Dreyer
