How Many recapitulations

Subject: [roots] How Many recapitulations on these cases?

How about this womanís 3 molars? Anyone think itís great that pericervical
dentin was ideally maintained?

How Many recapitulations

How Many recapitulations #19 is now an implant. #31 is extracted and wonít be replaced. #30 is still there, probably wonít be in 5 years. This type of tooth loss has nothing to do with restorative, just crap endo with no effort, pride, or care about the patient involved. I donít need a Nobel Laureate mathematician to tell me this is shit although one is probably required to convince others it isnít - Terry P.S. Tooth #18 had a crown root fracture through the DMR, highly anomalous anatomy. Check out the CBCT slicing videos attached. How hard do you think this tooth is to treat? The referral sent this clinical photo of the crown-root fracture on the distal. Next to it is the microphoto I took of the crack extension into the distal canal orifice (extends to the level of the osseous crest, no perio pocket). Question: Is this tooth worth spending the time to finish treatment? How Many recapitulations
