Hopeless case

Here is the similar case done about two years ago filling
resorption area and rest of the canal with iRootSP at the
same time/visit. Perforation of bifurcation was done with
BioAggregate 24 hours before canals filling with iRootSP .
Tooth has been restored with Nulite F and has been
"crowned". As far as I am informed, this "hopeless" tooth
is still serving the patient :-). ( patient now lives
abroad, so no recent RX )

Sorry for poor quality of RXs, but I hope there are still
OK to let you see/understand what I meaned.

P.S. If it was depending on me alone I would have
extracted this tooth, but patient insisted to do whatever
is possible to save it as long as possible.
