Subject:hot tooth experience

Upper 2nd bicuspid. Very hot pulp-administered infra-orbital, infiltration,
intra-lig injection.  Still couldn't touch the tooth.  Gave a 2nd division
block going up the greater palatine, and bingo-profound anesthesia!
