Subject: [roots] healed PA lesion

28 YOM asthmatic, did this one without RD. 2 sessions wtih caoh
interappointment for 15 days.
Sx for coronal flaring, hand files for apical prep. #35 MAF in both
the canals. 3.2% hypochlorite, 17% EDTA and 0.2% chlorhexidine with
PUI. cold lateral condensation for obturation. i didn't take immediate
post obturation xray because i ran out of time. recalled the patient
after 2 days for post n core, but the patient reported after 6 months.
a few mm of the cavit was still there on the orifices. the xray
revealed the healed periapical lesion. i cleaned the access, placed a
post in the palatal and filled the access with composite ( EG post
mani). hope the patient returns for the crown. - khalid charag
