I've assumed an endo-perio lesion and started the endodontic retreatment. In the first session I've managed to negotiate 3 canals and retrieved the broken file; placed CaOH2 and sent the patient home for 1 month. She returned 3 months later and the mesial root was fractured all the way to the apex. Decision was to extract the tooth and place an implant in the same day, along with Bio-Oss (Bio-Col technique). After 6 more months, the funny part began:creating the sulcus:)with custom sulcus formers.A bless! :) But this helped me create a better emergence profile, unlike stock sulcus formers, and a nice crown. - Dan
