one more surgery from barcelona
i am impressed with the facilities at UIC (universitat internacional de catalunya)
they have zeiss and vasconcellos scopes with photogrpahy equipment. the endodontic residents
assisted us during the surgery. all in all it was a tremendous learning experience - sashi

Sashi, Did they tell you why they left the remaining root tip in place? I have left a bit in the past, but that was un intentional. Seems to leave a possible problem to show up later. Surgery with a scope IS fun - Alan Cady Hi Shashi ..great images and nice work as usual. I always wanted to see some images of Molar Surgery and now I see them...thanks - Sachin hi sashi- IMHO the incision done is much to complicated in this case- you dont need a vertical incision on the premolar if u will treat the mesial root of an molar.. - cause u are forced to prep a papilla preservation technique, otherwise I can see the apical part of an untreated mesial root? whats happened there? - Holger Dennhardt
