I have left a bit in the past, but that was un intentional. Seems to leave a possible problem to show up later. Surgery with a scope IS fun - Alan Cady Hi Shashi ..great images and nice work as usual. I always wanted to see some images of Molar Surgery and now I see them...thanks - Sachin hi sashi- IMHO the incision done is much to complicated in this case- you dont need a vertical incision on the premolar if u will treat the mesial root of an molar.. - cause u are forced to prep a papilla preservation technique, otherwise I can see the apical part of an untreated mesial root? whats happened there? - Holger Dennhardt
