Subject: [roots] internal vs. external Resorption
It`s been a while since I last posted a case .. so it`s about time.
This is the case of a 70-year-old patient who was referred with the diagnosis of internal resorption...
After some diagnostic steps it was quite obvious this was an external problem...
I am not happy with the access cavity ? and I also wonder if the sealer trace is due to a lateral canal (looks like it to me)
or maybe the filling was not ideally placed...
Also I don’t think I transported the canal apically, but it sure looks funny to me...
What do you all think about this case? Best wishes from Munich, - Chris
Nicely done Chris and congratulations That was a tough case and you did a very nice job of it.
Thanks for sharing. - Glenn
