Subject: [roots] Diagnosis query

One of my collegues referred me this young patient (female, 27) for
an opinion on diagnosis and treatment options. Clinically, there's no
detectable cavity, tooth is responding normally to all the vitality
tests. The patient can't recall any trauma in the past.
The first BW was taken 1 year ago, the second one and the PA are recent.
I'm thinking about internal resorption. What's your opinion on diagnosis
and how would you approach this case (treatment wise)? - Cosmin Fetcu
