Irreversible pulpitis case over three visits.
The toughest such case I've done in my short career....plenty
more to come I'm sure! Pt was making me sweat buckets all the way...
high maintenance, wondering why it was taking me so long.
Maybe she has a point.... Coronal flaring with rotaries and apical
