Fred #14 - 28 year old AA female from GPR clinic. Pulpal Dx: initated treatment, Periradicular: normal. She was seen for emergency in the GPR clinic and was then referred once MB2 could not be located. GPR also stated she had a hard time getting into the palatal canal. The x- rays are poor, but the take home message of "you can only treat what you can see" is not. Once I removed the IRM and cotton pellet two things struck me. 1. the location of the MB2 was a little more Palatal than I usually see (no big deal - because I could see it) 2. the palatal canal look completely untouched. Finished same day. - JaredFred, This is a learning curve with Shick and some patients don't cooperate very well. It can be tough getting good radiographs. Liked to have seen some off angled pre ops. I hope your pointing the finger at them. Joey D, "Although it worked out as a nice case, even though it wasn't squirted" ::))))
