Subject: [roots] Another healing case
A pre-congress case...
25 year old female patient with large lesion of endodontic origin. Tooth 45 had a 9mm buccal pocket initially.
Excessive drainage of pus after removal of root filling. Ca(OH)2 for 2 months, after which the pocket was completely gone.
I removed the temporary filling (with air bubble) at the recall visit. 18 month recall shows satisfactory
healing and patient is symptom free. - Maarten
