This is just nuts.

Rajiv Patel just posts this wonderful  C shaped case (enclosed) , no doubt skillfully shaped with
hand instruments and copious irrigation, packed warm vertical  with incredible apical webs,
ramifications and Hess anatomy.

BUT ...enter the Ni-Ti rotary era.....and now we want to drive one or two instruments to the
apex and figure out how many pieces of cold spaghetti will create a similar result.

Its 2010 and we're still discussing how cold cones can be "pushed on...laterally" to try to get
something like Rajiv's results.
