Please tell me your opinion about this case
Do you believe there is a good prognosis for the lateral incisor (large internal resorption)???
Retreat 12 and 11 and wait for healing or retreat and surgery OR extract 12, retreat 11, surgery(remove cyst)
and place an implant ? -Satiris Magkos

It seems that the internal resorption has not penetrated the lateral wall yet. One more angulated photo would be necessary. I would definitely choose for retreatmets and follow -up of the case . If not satisfied by the result, apex-ressection is always an option. THE BEST IMPLANT IS THE ROOT..after all....!!!!!! - Michalis
