Subject: Longboard MolarCASE

The patient was a young male and it was referred for RCT in 46. Irreversible pulpitis. Long roots.
Two sessions with calcium hydroxide as interappointment medication. Build-up in the second visit with
amalgam. A crown would be made by the referrer.
