Lateral Incisor Case Assessment - Courtesy ROOTS
From: Rob Kaufmann Sent: Thursday, May 31, 2007 12:33 AM To: ROOTS Subject: [roots] Lateral Incisor Case Assessment I felt bad about 'losing" this one. As a specialist, one of the most difficult tasks we face is trying to explain to a referral that "maybe we could have gone about this a bit differently". As it turned out, the patient's attitude ( What's one tooth more or less? - I'll just add it to the partial!) won out. Still, I really would have preferred to do the minimal, easy SRCT and kept the tooth. But, if they don't care about losing it, I suppose I shouldn't either. See what you think - Rob Kaufmann DMD MS(Endo)You were never going to get to treat that case on that patient, but what a great teaching presentation. thanks for sharing that rob. I saved that one - Gary This is one of those case where we have to make honor to our oath hipocratico, and judge felling us in the place of the patient... It was a wise desicion Doctor, and you was clear to the patient... That's was mind... Well done. - Dr. Calá
