Today I saw Rowan now 10years 7 month. When hen felt  he was 9 years old and the left incisor was broken with
wide opening to apex.

Rowan was send to me by a referring dentist, a day after the accident.

Because the apex was still open I removed the upper two mm of the apex ander decided to make a barrirer with MTA.
To protect the MTA I

covered the MTA with vitrebond, and after that I finished with a composite filling.

Now after 21 months the apex is completed and incisor is vital.

One minor problem, but maybe some know how to do it an other way. by using MTA in the incisor the element
