Excellent demonstration of the new diagnostic and follow-up possibilities offered by cbCT.
Now it will be nice, if we can see results from re-treatment of this case shown by cbCT  say at 3, 6 and 12 months.
The real advantage of cbCT, however imho is its ability to show  existance of an "early"  PA lesion in cases when such
is still not seen on conventional RX.  It will be quite interesting to see cbCT images of  re-treated cases defined as
"healed" by conventional RX , too. - Valeri
