From an irregular referring doc. 13 YOF,   Original referral a month ago,  asked to treat lower right
first molar as the ortho dude wanted to keep it.  No response to any of our communication from the patient.
Always starts alarm bells ringing for me,

Today we get a call to say the upper premolar has been taken out and can we do the endo on the lower molar?
I don't know who is doing the ortho, but wonder how we have got to this situation,  I have serious doubts
about the longevity of the lower molar given the caries in other teeth and lack of response from the patient.
