These were both interesting.
Case 1: 23 yo male with CPP this AM. I liked the idea of going with grey MTA in the palatal, since it was wide open and resorbed.
Dovgan 60 and 80 pluggers to within 2mm with Ultrasonic post vibrator.
Case 2: 2 visits with Ca(OH)2. Through a crown, and very calcified. Complex distal. There is a weird connecting ribbon of tooth
between the M and D roots that makes radiographic interpretation confusing, but I am confident all root fillings are to the terminus.
