Missed canal with acute bend

Subject: Re: [roots] Difficult case explanation For Thomas
I'm learning from my mistakes and I'm posting one such blunders I did
The premolar was referred for re-treatment and after removing the post, I could negotiate
a missed canal with an acute bend (short radius of curvature) I initially negotiated
with #6 but instead of slowly working the bend I forced stiffer instruments too early
and ended up transporting the canal. I had to fill short. I informed the patient that
I might do a surgery if the lesion does not heal. Luckily it did in this case.
