Settings were as shown below on the EXIF information , please ignore the date on the image, the date is wrong. - Glenn Glenn, I remember you and Craig saying the depth of field like this is impossible to get in microscopic photography! but you are showing what amazes me. what a great depth. are you using a brighter light source now? what's the shutter speed???? Have you sand blasted your clamps or does it come like that? great picture! needless to say - vipin Very nice photos Glenn. Someday I hope to add that dimension to my practice. I'm still adjusting to the microscope and loving it! My neck is loving it too! - Randy
