Subject: [roots] First case of 2012

Here is the first case I post in 2012.

The patient was seen 5!! times before by her dentist. (2 doses of AB)
Everytime that the dentist closed the tooth, immediately pain started
to develop. Eventually they decided to leave the tooth open. Alas still
a common practice in Belgium.

When she came to our office the tooth has been left open for 2 months.
Cleaning and Shaping with Protapers and Profiles to size 30.06.
Obturation: WVC
Temp: GIC

The problem was a missed distal canal, which was suspected on my
radiograph. - RafaŽl
