Irreversible pulpitis. 26 molar. Protaper and Race shaping. MB 35, D 30 and P 40. After a long trying it
was not possible to negotiate the MB2. I tried with ultrasonics, hand files 06, M4. The distal one was
very tough to negotiate. Patency in all. Done in 2 sessions of 1,30 hour each one. Top Seal and Tagger
technique as obturation. Temporal filling with composite because the patient is going on holidays tomorrow.
