Subject: [roots] Multiple portals of exit

Dear Dr. Steier, All I can say is WOW! 2 questions: - Were you able to instrument both exits on the palatal root? or did you pick up the anatomy during the obturation stage? The shape and the size of both the exits just got me wondering... I did see that you had two files in place in that particular root. - Where was the apical exit on the disto-buccal? was it buccal i.e pointing towards us? - Samir Dear Dr. Shah, The two files you see is a superimposition by the distorted x ray. Found the palatal, the distal, the MB1 and MB2. The only think I did was to keep the patency with a precurved 10 hand file. - Liviu
