The shape and the size of both the exits just got me wondering... I did see that you had two files in place in that particular root. - Where was the apical exit on the disto-buccal? was it buccal i.e pointing towards us? - Samir Dear Dr. Shah, The two files you see is a superimposition by the distorted x ray. Found the palatal, the distal, the MB1 and MB2. The only think I did was to keep the patency with a precurved 10 hand file. - Liviu
