Subject: [roots] Monster stone
This was a 2 hours case, surprisingly difficult. I didn't imagine the
pulp stone was THAT big. Although the rx was in front of my eyes
all the time...
In the picture, the pulp stone is actually about 3 mm shorter since
I've drilled some of it with a US ball tip.

Regarding obturation, you filled MTA to the canal with collagen barrier.
If you want to use MTA, I recommend that you use iRoot SP (CPSC like MTA paste) after collagen barrier.

This is avaialbe from Endoco or Pearson Dental. If you are in Canada, you can buy iRoot SP from the
manufacturer directly. For the large canal, premixed iRoot SP is better than mixing MTA, I think.
