Comments are welcome. - José Sacramento MTA case part I This patient came to my office with an open tooth 1.2 (7 US) and a big periapical lesion. I did the clean and shaping of the root canal system, put CaOH inside the root, and I said for him to see an endodontist in France where he works.

He haven’t gone to finish the treatment as I said to him. He had a cotton pellet inside the root canal, that when I removed began to drain.
