The limitations of TF use is evident in this case. Large ovoid canal that one carrier wasn't enough to fill it,
so 2 were used. Then in order to make a post space,  head of the carriers were pushed out the way and a post was wedged in.
I don't think anyone is teaching such abuse of the product, but some can be MacGyver...))

Maybe it would have worked OK, if the crown margins weren't open and decayed - ahmad
