Here is what is next:

This is my next patient in for a complete on #2. I saw her for this tooth#30 in 2005.
She sees an awesome guy who does a lot of gold.

Part of the informed consent on this tooth includes:
1) "No amalgam, no RCT"
2) "If you want porcelain, get an implant"

In other words, the patient needs to consent to a gold crown as opposed to a PFM or Zirconia crown.
If they don't want gold, they can get an implant.Four year recall attached. - John A Khademi
