A tough one from last week. Lots of 06 and 08. Coronal flaring with sx. Then 10 to length.
Pathfile 013, 016 to length. Scout files RaCe ISO 10, 4%, 6% to length, S2 to length,
Hero 642 red 4% to length as the final Rotary instrument. Full strength NaOCl irrigation,
ultrasonic irrigation irrisafe. Smear clear for 1min. Final rinse NaOCl 4.8%.
Fine Gutta-percha cones (Hygenic) AH-plus sealer. Elements Obturation Unit with XFine
plugger 5mm from the apex. Hope my filing sequence helps. Critics welcome  - Chaniotis M. Antonis
