Dx - pulpal: necrosis periradicular: CPP with symptoms. Shaped case to 40.04 on the mesials, 50.04 on the distal at the first visit. Placed Calcium hydroxide. Pt came back asymptomatic today for obturation and with some really good bone fill for 8 weeks (children heal wonderfully). Shaped canals to 45.04 on the mesials, 55.04 distal today. I had some trouble with the distal pre-pros build up....at the the end, she was ready to leave, and she essentially became an uncooperative moving target. So instead of getting the distal marginal ridge restored, I wiped it out. She is going to her dentist next week for restorative..... don't know exactly what that means. - Jared
