A nonfortuitous long term recall

From: Terry Pannkuk To: roots Sent: Wednesday, February 29, 2012 5:30 AM Subject: [roots] A nonfortuitous long term recall on my former office manager She initially came to me in 2003 as a patient working for a dentist who started endo on #31, hacked it up perfed out the mesial. I retreated it and repaired the perf. She quit the dentist and started working for me which was a little politically embarrassing. 2 years later treated #30 which had a middle mesial hogged out by JKs interpretation), then recalled both teeth periodically last time in 2008. Were in constant communication as she works for a referring dentist and shes coming back for a 10 year recall on the first tooth, 7 year recall on the second in the next couple of weeks. Ill be sure to get a CBCT scan so we can all see how I wrecked these teeth. - Terry nonfortuitous long term recall
