Some of you may remember this case as one of the cases I put on my web site around the
1st of the year. The first three pictures are the day of the treatment. The fourth
picture is today's 6 month recall.
I was really pleased to see the healing. This tooth went from a class 2 mobility and
10mm perio pockets to having mobility being WNL and 5mm pocket depth. I was most
surprised to even see the patient back at all, because on the original day of tx,
he told me he was "leaving for a while" and wanted it done "today."
Since I am at the VA Hospital, I know what " leaving for a while"
usually means... :-) And so I filled it that day.

hi jeff, geat case and result.
in the second image with cone fit is there a second distal root showing and in the final
obturation were you able to fill both the canals? i am not able to make out if there is a
superimpositon. - sashi N
