Subject: [roots] Fwd: one curvy molar from today
One molar from today that turned out a little more curvy than
anticipated Normal instrumentation for me:
MB & ML Protaper S1 - F2 and Nitiflex handfiles 30 - 40
Protaper S1 - F3 and Nitiflex handfiles 35 - 55 - Harald Prestegaard, Norway
Beautiful work, Harald. What was your method of obturation? - Jan Skrybant
Thank you.
In this case I used Epiphany SE and Resilon placed with cold lateral condensation.
I then placed an 2-3mm IRM in the coronal part of the canal, etch
bond, flowable composites a liner and then Hybrid composite.
I call it triple seal.
Togheter I think it will give a good coronal seal - Harald Prestegaard
Harold, you didn't take that F3 to length on the mesials did you? If so,
Wow! Extremely nice case in my eyes...beautiful. If you took a F3 to the
apex here on the mesials, I may rethink my use of them. I tend to use the
F4 and 5 more than the F3 because they seem to have more flex and should
have due to decreased taper and bulk. - Guy W. Moorman
Love that Epiphany radio-opacity. :-) Don't you, John? Where's Pannkuk
when I need him. ;-) - Guy W. Moorman
