HERO Shaper Difficult Sequence set of files (Micro-Mega France ), Poldent hand K files up to # 50 for final shaping of apical third. See how anatomical shape of the canal has been relatively well preserved in spite of use of machine files. I do not need a continious cone shaping when using bioceramic for filling of the canal. Capillary condensation technique with NiTi hand spreaders (after Dr.Kossev ) - filling with iRootSP bioceramic and single cone 04/#30 with cut tip, apical third filled with bioceramic only. - Valeri Stefanov
